I joined the gym about 6 months ago and have been loving it! I’ve always been the type of person who gets a gym membership and never goes. Not the case here. They have created an amazing supportive, inclusive and motivating community at Crossfit Etobicoke. I’ve had experiences with bootcamp classes, personal trainers and social sports teams but I’ve never seen this much change in myself both physically and mentally. Highly recommend!
